Deposits: To make a vacation rental reservation, 50% of the total rental amount is required as a deposit. The final 50% must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Except for the Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks, when the balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: The deposit is refunded if a cancellation notice is given between 45 to 60+ days prior to arrival, less $50.
A 50% refund of deposit if cancellation notice is given between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival.
There is no refund if cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to arrival.
Except for the Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks:
A full refund of deposit is given if a cancellation notice is given between 77 to 90+ days prior to arrival, less $100.
A 50% refund of deposit if cancellation notice is given between 61 to 76 days prior to arrival.
There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Note: You may want to consider travel insurance which may protect you from events that may necessitate your cancellation.
